7th Podcast Series Launched

Inspired by a few entrepreneurship podcasts including Dingman BootStrapped and Masters of Scale, I wanted to give you a heads up about my 7th podcast series that was launched last week called the ImpactX Podcast.

After becoming an EIR at the College of Charleston last year, I began to interview student entrepreneurs in the ImpactX Accelerator Program during their early entrepreneurship journey.

As an EIR, I advised each cohort of ImpactX going through the 14-week accelerator program which is a 6 credit course for some selected business, computer science, and liberal arts students.

Launched in February 2019, this series includes interviews with a different startup team featured each week. The ImpactX Podcast is structured in a way to interview each team once a month after team formation. Each startup team’s interviews are presented to the following semester within a week to the audience so they can listen to the [compressed] journey which includes challenges faced, lessons learned, pivots and all that jazz.

You can find the ImpactX Podcast on Amazon AlexaApple PodcastsCastBoxGoogle PodcastsRadio PublicSpotifyStitcher, and TuneIn.

I was asked how I come up with podcast ideas like this. That is simple… curiosity. Having no fear in asking questions no one else seems to be asking these groups of people, willing to dive deep into a topic of interest with focus, sharing these insights openly as a podcast series and having the passion to answer this longing curiosity.

And with that, I just came up with my next curiosity-based podcast idea for an 8th series late this week on a totally different subject. Stay tuned to henrikdegyor.com/podcasts for more in the coming weeks and months. There is plenty to listen to.
